- Relative primes have no common factors other than 1. In other words there is no value that you could divide them both by exactly (without a remainder). Four and fifteen are relatively prime: The factors of 4 are 1, 2, 4 and The factors of 15 are 1, 3, and 5. Therefore, the only common factor is 1. relatively prime date, is 4/15.
