Eight dot slides to show subitization

At a very young age people are capable of quickly visualizing sets of one, two, three, and sometimes four objects and almost instantly know the values, known as subitize. The series of slides in the loop below demonstrates different ways eight dots can be grouped, subitized as subgroups of eight, summed, and readily confirm the cardinality of the total group as eight.
